THE PROBLEM

Half of adults don’t drink enough water.

According to the CDC, roughly half of adults in the U.S. do not meet daily hydration recommendations.

Not because we don’t want to.

Because we’re busy, distracted, and constantly switching priorities.

Coffee replaces water.

Meetings replace routines.

Life replaces good intentions.

Hydration becomes an after though.

WHY IT MATTERS

Your body is made up of water. Literally.

Water supports nearly every function in the body.

The brain relies on hydration for clarity and focus
Muscles depend on water for performance
Hydration supports energy levels and recovery
Even mild dehydration can impact mood and concentration

Your body doesn’t run on caffeine.

It runs on water.

THE CONFUSION

There’s no clear daily benchmark.

Advice about hydration is everywhere, and often inconsistent.

  • Drink when you’re thirsty.

  • Drink half your body weight in ounces.

  • Drink one gallon of water per day.

  • Drink until your urine is clear.

Nutrition labels use 2,000 calories as a daily reference point to simplify guidance. Yet, hydration has no comparable benchmark.

So many people just guess, or don’t even think about it at all..

THE ALTERNATIVES

Reusable & Plastic Bottles?

REUSABLE BOTTLES

  • Tough to clean properly

  • Can develop odor or taste

  • Easy to forget at home

  • Lost tops, caps, & straws

SMALL WATERBOTTLES

  • meant for convenience,

  • not hydration

  • multiple bottles = more waste
